Tenant

We take pride in selecting the best tenants for our properties. Each tenant will go through a screening process to ensure our rental  is a great fit for you and for our company. If you are interested in renting one of our properties, everyone age 18 and older must compete the application and along with the supporting documents. Each applicant must submit a $35.00 application fee.

1. Download and return a completed application

2. Provide the following documentation for each applicant 18+:

–Drivers License

— Proof of Income

–Verification of Employment

–Verification of Rental History

— Two Months of Bank Statements

3. Once you have submitted ALL of your information our team will then begin the screening process. (click here to view screening criteria)
