Hi, my name is William Lorscheider, founder of Iron Gate Properties. I started this property management business because I came across other management companies who just didn’t understand the importance of maximizing the Return on Investment (ROI). You see, the most important subject to real estate investors is how to reduce costs and increase profits. With my investment experience and education I can help other real estate investors maximize their ROI. My education consists of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Sacramento State University and an Associate’s degree in Drafting & Design from Evergreen ValleyCollege. I also hold a California Dept of Real Estate Brokers license and I’m always continuing my education in real estate and management.
Why pick Iron Gate Properties?
1. We strive to our commitment of providing the best personal care
possible to home owners and tenants. Here at Iron Gate Properties, “your house is our house” and want to make sure you feel that you are in good
hands.
2. My previous work experience in the construction industry along with home
improvement projects, has given me the knowledge of home repair & maintenance. With this knowledge, I’m capable of identify issues that may
exist. Giving the home owner an opportunity to save on unnecessary
costs.
3. While it’s common to see sales agents get into property management during a slow real estate market, sales agents may not understand fully what’s involved in managing properties. They are trained to be sales driven, where as we are more business management driven.
4. Most property managers do not have investment properties as rentals, we do. We understand the additional costs that occur in rental properties and know how to plan for them.
